Hydrogen is set to be pumped into Britain’s main gas pipeline by 2025, reports the Telegraph.
The plan outlined by National Grid is to assist the UK in it’s move toward net zero.
National Grid CEO, Jon Butterworth told the Telegraph, “We’ve got to look at ways to decarbonise that, while making sure that industry is still provided for – that businesses have the gas they need.”
